About the role 

• Support the safe and efficient delivery of projects by ensuring contractors meet project delivery, HSEQ and contractor management requirements 
• 8/6 roster to the Pilbara, WA, client is a Tier 1 miner 
• Reason for role: Clients' portfolio has expanded significantly 

• Provide support and updates to Project Leads to ensure safety, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Guide and mentor Contracting Partners in the effective use of systems and processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and the Contractor Management System.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of project documentation.
• Oversee incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Assist Project Leads in cost control and efficient execution of site activities within budget constraints.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Leads throughout all phases of the HME delivery lifecycle, incorporating lessons learned.
• Coordinate the setup and ongoing maintenance of HME build pad locations and related facilities.
• Ensure delivered machinery meets company purchase specifications and quality standards.

• 2 years heavy mobile equipment (HME) or fixed plant experience 
• Contractor management experience 
• Candidate must be willing to work night shift coverage (occasional) 
• Forklift license 
• Proactive, self-sufficient and able to work in remote environments 

• Knowledge of HSE 
• Schedule 26
