Caitlin Iustini 

Caitlin is Technical Resource’s Operations Manager and joined the business in January, 2007.

Heading up our operations division, Caitlin’s role encompasses finance, IT, operational leadership, risk, HR, policies, training, legal and project management.

Caitlin has worked within the business as a recruitment consultant for years and took on this new role and adventure after having two children and returning to work in a part time capacity.

She is motivated by supporting the business to be more efficient and productive and is particularly motivated in goal-setting for the business.

Caitlin is the youngest child of Maureen and Nick Iustini. She has been married to Dean since 2013 and has two beautiful children, Theodore and Calista.
